I'm from Indiana and we have a G.A.L. My husbands attorney told him today that he should be getting a questionnaire in the mail. He had to pay half for the g.a.l. and so did his ex wife. she said she isn't going to pay her half(she has primary care and we are going after custody for reasons that are going to prove her unfit). So will this look bad on her if she doesn't pay her half, and what kind of questionaires do they send out?
Gaurdian Ad Litem Questionnaires?
Guardian Ad Litem is paid by the court. Why are you paying it? You don't have a GAL, the child does.
