5 Skills/ qualities required for effective customer interaction


- Understanding his requirement


- Presenting the thing - which he actually require


- Listening to the customer


- Followup and updating him


- Greet him on the special occasions/festivals
Reply:-ability to understand the real needs of the customer so that the customer don't feel that he or she is buying a product, instead he or she is satisfying a real need.


-ability to listen carefully the customer and making sure that the customer feels that he or she is totally understood.


-being perfectly informed about all the products and being totally honest to customer when he or she is informed. Being totally and really trustable.


-being excited and entusiastic to serve the customer, smiling at the first contact is the key... Always being optimistic...


-knowing that a customer's satisfaction on a sale is more than one single sale! Aiming to his or her friend's future sales...
