Most Internet 'jobs' are simply scams designed to extract money from you. I hope you didn't fill in any details about your Bank Account ???

Other than ID Theft, the Mystery Shopper con-trick is typically a form of 419 Scam, Cheque Cashing Fraud ..

You are sent a cheque to cover your 'expenses' .. but the Cheque is for some value way over your costs...

You "cash" the cheque and are instructed to 'repay' the extra via some non-reversible means eg Western Union ..

Eventually (weeks or months later) the Cheque 'bounces' and your Bank takes the "cash" back out of your account ...

Needless to say, that's when you discover Western Union doesn't want to know ..
Reply:With respect, Grant, it'd be a complete waste of time.... assuming you were successful in getting through the application form, there'd be an interview, followed by the need to complete forms and reports as part of the job. Basically the application procedure is designed to see if you (not someone else) has the requisite skills for the job, and though you think you might have a better chance of the job with outside help, the results coule be embarrassing to you in the end....
