I have 100s of questionnaires emailed to me and I need a fast way to get the data from Word tables into an Excel template for analysis. (I know I should have insisted the questionnaires be Excel but its too late now!) Thanks
Is there a program to capture text from MS Word tables into Excel?
Select the table you created
go to menu table-%26gt;convert-%26gt;table-%26gt; (separate text with comma) click ok
now all the table is transformed to Comma Separate.
Copy all records and paste into notepad
save the notepad file as myfile.CSV
as soon as it is saved the icon will be change to excel.
double click... and its done
