A study of motivation in an hotel how would you design a questionnaire ?

give your opinion what you think about this study , how you think it would be done by you.

A study of motivation in an hotel how would you design a questionnaire ?
Assuming you mean a potential guest's motivation for choosing a particular hotel, you could find out how important on a scale of 1-10 certain variables are to their choice of hotels:

- Price

- Cleanliness

- Location/Proximity to landmarks

- Amenities (good restaurants, room service, etc.)

- Spa/exercise facilities

- Pool

- Pets

If you are evaluating motivation by employees of a hotel, you could survey what and how important the following variables are to them:

- pay

- benefits

- perks

- training

- opportunties for career growth

- child care

Once you know what is important to your target audience you can work on ways to make the hotel a more desirable location to stay at or to work for.
Reply:hmmm... its ez go 2 a macdonalds and get the questionnaire from their table... lolz...

well there r two kinds of motivations.... motivation and the equity motivation... u can motivate your ppl by... knowing their needs and then full fill those.. its a process and the first step is knowing the person.. i.e. the level of his job... coz as per the level.. u ve to satisfy his needs and then u can keep him motivated...

to keep ppl motivated u dont need to JUST ful fill what they want some times 2 keep ppl moitvated r 2 keep em on track u ve 2.. punish them as well... its like making the standards (SOP) r telling every 1 .. what wd they get in return of what they do...

...aaahhhh...........its getting longer n longer...

so u need a personal appointment 2 me... if u wana know EVEN more...

t.c........ ;)
