Questionnaire regarding a convicted rapist?

A man raped a woman sixteen years ago he was sentenced for his crime and the victim got 5000 compensation. The rapist won the lottery (7 million) now the victim wants his money for psychological damage. Should she get some of his windfall or has he served his time already and paid for his actions?

Questionnaire regarding a convicted rapist?
No, he paid his debt..though it's disgustingly little (most women don't get anything, though)

Plus, there is a thing called statute of limitations. I believe it is 7 years and once tried and convicted cannot be tried again.

If she took him to civil court for pain and suffering, she may or may not get anything. Usually statute on the wrong done is only 2 years I think.

Sorry.
Reply:Money is power---%26gt;power is a weapon---%26gt;Felons should not be allowed to have weapons----%26gt; they are not allowed to have a firearm----%26gt; they should not be entrusted with a large sum of money from a lottery win

I wish she would get the whole 7 million. A rapist doesn' t deserve any reward of any kind ....ever.

I think that anyone ever convicted of a violent crime should NEVER be allowed to win a lottery.

Before the government collects the taxes from the lottery win......they should do a criminal check............if a felony pops up............BOOM......no lottery for you......it should roll over to the next jackpot and the world should know why this 'crook' didn't get the money.

They should be publicly humiliated for being a felon in the past all over again.

And yes................she should be compensated 7 million dollars for what that ANIMAL did to her.
Reply:she should get something she is in titled to it as far as I 'm concerned she should have it all and he should still be in jail not out endangering women
