The Confidential Juror Questionnaire is a form that must be completed and brought with you when you appear for juror service. The information you supply will be used by the judge and lawyers during the impanelment of a jury.





You can't just throw it away and forget about it, just as you can't just skip your appearance for jury service - there are penalties, both monetary and possible jail time.





Nothing scary about filling out the questionnaire. Just answer the questions, and turn it in. That's all.

Reply:Around my state, you have to answer it. The lawyers on the case have a right to know some information for the purpose of jury selection. I'm trying to figure out what question could scare you?
