Have you seen the new Incapacity for work questionnaire for ESA?
The first part is very much like the DLA form, but the rest is BS!





Where is the tick box for a simple NO. not a "it varies" or not "very often" but a plain and simple black and white NO.????








This will affect MANY people who have mental health issues,


I am tottally for getting people back to work and off benefits, but what's the point if it either makes your worse or is likely to send you loopy? It also almost criminalies people


Incapacity benefit has been in the news alot recently and not one of the stories is positive or about how some people wait for over 2 years to start treatment under the NHS Mental health services. Yeah we are all Baaaaaddd evil scroungers





I hope that the reform will catch out the cheats but I don't hold much weight with that as it's always us honest people that get done over.
