im doing a qustinaire on breast cancer and ned to produce a questionaire on it. can anyone suggest soem wuestions which i could put on please?

That depends on what you are doing the questionaire for.





Are you trying to determine what the general level of knowledge is in a given group? Then you need to gear your questions toward general knowledge with a mind to the demographics of said group. For instance, if you are asking 12 year old girls, you would need to think about general terms and ask simple questions [some of which could be used for older women] and even include probable answers for technical questions such as : Breast Cancer how many women? a) 1 in 7 b) 1 in 2 c) 1 in 12 d) 1 in 20; Breast Cancer is the ____ leading cause of death in women. a) first b) second c) third d) fourth. -------- Mix in some survey questions if you like ----%26gt; Does your Family have a History of Breast Cancer? Does your Mom? Your Grandmom? Do any of your Aunts? Any of your cousins?





Now, as the group gets older, consider adding that are more open ended and survey oriented such as -- Do you perform Breast Self Exams? How often? When is the best time to do them? What is the best way to do them? When you are doing a Breast Self Exam, what are you looking for?





Now, if you are asking health professionals, you might ask tougher questions. For instance -- What is the survival rate of radical mastectomey versus simple lumpectomey with follow on radiation and chemotherapy? When is either protocol more appropriate? -- How is a TRAM flap done? What is the primary advantage? Who are appropriate candidates?--
