Can anybody help me about brand awareness?

If I want to do a questionnaire about brand awareness,what questions should I asked?and does anybody know any website I could refer to for the questions asked?and the counting method. Any books reference would be greatly appreciated.....thank very much

i would first start at the list of recalls see what brands seem to have the most defects (companies) then i would search them brands one by one to get numbers or percents of what kinds of products by catagories you need

I have already taken the class and I remember that one of the features was calling people and see which commericials they were able to recall at a specific time length, say the hour of the American Idol, or whatever. It all depends on your audience.
