I'm not sure what a "question and answer" book report is. But this should be easy. Think about it: what's odd about Wayside School? How many floors does it have? What floor is missing? What's the name of the teacher on the 30th floor? What's the name of the janitor? Etc.
Is that the kind of thing you have to do?
