Does what you eat affect your brain power?

Hello, I'm a third year undergraduate student.





I need people to fill in some questionnaires for me for my dissertation. There isn't much time left and I'm desperate for data.

I answered but I live in Japan and a lot of those foodstuffs aren't easily available here! (Even peas!)





Anyway, here in Japan "fishy food" is believed to be good for the brain!

Reply:I did your survey, and I would have to agree that fish is "brain food". The mercury in it stimulates our "smart genes".
